About Vanesa our Yoga instructor:
Vanesa Mouka started to practice yoga in 2011 and since then she has experienced how her life changed in a positive way, especially in physical health, mental awareness and inner peace. On her regular yoga practice, she cultivates respect for the physical body, stillness of the mind and breathing techniques, trying to sync them all and feel the connection within. Outside the yoga mat, she practices compassion and love among with the Yamas and Niyamas (yoga's ethical guidelines). She loves to share these virtues with her students, guiding them, through meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques) and asanas (postures), to self-awareness and leading them to enjoy the experience of a yoga practice. Vanesa focuses on teaching on a private setting (individual or group) where she can address everyone’s needs and guide them to have a deeper experience on each practice. If you want to follow her path and contact her for yoga classes you will find her in social media as @allyoga or through email to vanesa.allyoga@gmail.com. Namaste!
